The control schedule is built based on "virtual points" representing the location of each room of the facility.

Execution of the control schedule

A trained inspector, using a standardized method under the control of the system’s algorithms, enters actual data on the execution of work for each Standard Technological Map at all control points from the control schedule.

Automatic processing of received information

Information from the controller is sent to the server, and the system’s algorithms generate the corresponding report:

Deviations by technological process maps, locations, performers — time and volume
Deviations by technological process maps, locations, performers — time and quality

Sending the received information

The certificate is fed into the analysis matrix and, based on the result, receives one indication or another. The generated reports are sent to the appropriate employees according to their access level.

Interpretation of statistical information

“ASIС” Startup 3.00 in its initial version generates a Report for the given period. The Report is exported in PDF format; it can be sent by email or printed. Additionally, a number of reports are generated in the “Operational Management” module, on the basis of which regular planning meetings can be held. According to ASIС standards, all information obtained from control algorithms seeks its end user—this means that reports are automatically sent to the responsible employees.
